1. Acceptance of These Terms

16. General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Vina Peptides regarding the Site. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. No waiver by us of any breach is a waiver of any later breach. We may assign these Terms without notice; you may not assign them without our consent.
